Delete OurDream AI Account 2026: What Happens to Your Data
From a technical standpoint, OurDream AI's subscription and account systems are separate — and the order of operations matters. Account deletion doesn't automatically cancel a subscription initiated through a different payment channel (web vs app store). Execute the cancellation first through the correct channel, then proceed with account deletion.

Step 1 — Cancel Your Subscription (Correct Channel)
Web subscription (most common):
- Log in at ourdream.ai
- Click profile avatar → Profile Settings → Subscription
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until the billing period ends
Google Play subscription:
- Open Google Play → tap profile icon → Subscriptions
- Find "OurDream: AI Companion"
- Tap Cancel Subscription → Confirm
App Store subscription:
- iPhone: Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions
- Find OurDream AI subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription → Confirm
Via email:
Contact [email protected] — provide your account email, specify cancellation request. Response within 1–2 business days.
Important: If you subscribed via the web and also have an app store subscription (unlikely but possible), cancel both independently.
Step 2 — Delete Your Account
After cancellation is confirmed:
- Log in at ourdream.ai
- Profile avatar → Profile Settings → Danger Zone
- Select "Delete Account"
- Complete confirmation prompt (email or password)
- Account deleted permanently
Data permanently removed:
- Login credentials and authentication data
- All created characters and configurations
- All conversation history
- Remaining DreamCoin balance
- Generated media tied to the account
Deletion is irreversible — no recovery mechanism exists after completion.
Important Considerations
- Cancel before delete: Subscription billing does not auto-stop on account deletion for app store subscriptions
- Spend coins first: DreamCoins are non-refundable and lost on deletion
- No prorated refunds: Access continues to period end; no partial refunds issued
- Multiple channels: Cancel each subscription source independently
